About Spring Forest Qiogong

Spring Forest Qigong was founded by Grand Master Chunyi Lin, a Qigong Master with over 30 years of experience in qigong practice, teaching and healing. The practice of Spring Forest Qigong is a practice of heart and unconditional love.  When we align body, mind and heart we balance the body’s energy and experience improved health and well-being. 

Master Chunyi Lin's teachings are based on the ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and adapted to our modern lifestyle. The practice of Spring Forest Qigong is designed to be simple and flexible, distilling the essence of qigong into key movements and meditions to help us tap into our inner healing power. 

Through a combination of gentle physical movements, meditation, breathwork and sound, Spring Forest Qigong helps to improve the flow of Qi (life energy) in the body, leading to a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. These benefits can include reduced stress, increased energy levels, improved immune function, better sleep quality, and a greater sense of inner peace and calm.
